Science Spectacular – A day of discovery and innovation

Students from K-6 will be grouped together to participate in four hands-on rotational activities:

  1. Building Wind Turbines: Learn about renewable energy by constructing mini wind turbines.
  2. Leaf Collections and Rubbings: Collect and create rubbings of various leaves while exploring plant identification.
  3. Planting Seedlings: Plant and nurture seedlings, learning about plant growth and the environment.
  4. Creating an Ecosystem in a Jar: Design a mini-ecosystem, understanding the balance of nature.

In the afternoon, students and parents are invited to a gallery walk in the school hall, showcasing science work samples and photographs from the day and the school year.
